Pistachos en rama

Our pistachios are Larnaca, a variety that stands out for its intense flavor, which is why it is usually used for pastries. The size is slightly smaller and the shell color is more veined.

We grow our pistachios completely organically, making natural fertilizers ourselves.
​
We make a light salting with water from the Cantabrian Sea and toast them by hand with oak firewood, which gives them an intense flavor.
